Transactions

I called Support last week to officially open a case for my company.  I referenced this thread to the support agent I spoke with and she seemed to know exactly what I was talking about.  She didn't need to ask me much more before opening the ticket. I asked if she had any idea of progress and she said the team would be sending an update in the next "couple of days" and confirmed I would get an email as well as see it posted (I assume here). It's been more than a couple of days.  I'm not sure if this is deception or lies, but Intuit really needs to address their customers and the lack of communication.
