Ashliegh. The point is you have promissed dates that this will be fixed. These are missed without explination. This is not acceptable, plain and simple.

As I said in my previous posting, I think it's time senior management got involved in address us clients with this mess. Totally agreeves people when only this morning we receive emails about new features, which, as far as I can see is NOT worth the the code they are written on. If this is the priority then Intuit need to sort what is out ASAP.

 

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
