I'm starting to think that Intuit are basically lying. There is no way it takes this amount of time to fix something that previously wasn't broken.
Its absolute rubbish. If I was Intuit management I'd be sacking myself and handing off the whole QBO business to someone else to pick up the pieces.
Along with the Desktop to Online process. Intuit couldn't fix their problems so they handed it off to a third part MoveMyBooks.
Ashleigh, I really don't know how you manage to keep typing the same thing over and over again. Its maybe time that senior managers come on here and explain this to us customers as to why this hasn't been fixed and all the other issues which have been requested year atfer year after year are still being asked for, year after year after year.
It's NOT acceptable.
