Please provide a workable solution and not just a copy and paste unrelated text. A company this large is not open to assist people on Saturday's and Sunday's so your guidance was not any use for a paying customer with immediate help needed. I wish your team would address these issues as it seems to be very common and get to the bottom of it rather than adding us to a list of clients affected.
I am honestly baffled at the lack of detailed and knowledgable support from Quickbooks. onetime we would like proper help we and other clients are getting the runaround and tossed around like a pingpong ball being told to do things while Quickbooks needs to do the legwork. Very disappointing to be trusting a company with our essential data and being treated like this.
