Hi Saribrta, we're sorry to hear you feel this way - we currently have a reported issue with receipt forwarding where some customers are receiving the error 'Your receipt wasn't received because it was sent from an email that's not registered for receipt forwarding...' - is this the same error that you're experiencing?
