We haven't received an update from our Developer Team about changing the Ship to field on the invoice.
You may consider submitting a request about the feature that you want. Here's how to send feedback within your QuickBooks Online company file.
- Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit feedback.
