Currently, there’s an open investigation (INV-69394) regarding this matter. Thus, our engineers are still working on a permanent fix for this issue.

- Select the Search tab, and click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
- Select either Chat with us (if you preferred messaging) or Give us a call.
