To have your customer's phone number shown on the invoice, you can customise the invoice template.
Let me show you how:
- Go to the List menu at the top.
- Select Template.
- Locate the template you are using and click the arrow under Templates to choose Edit Template.
- Click the Additional Customization at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Header tab, find Other and checkmark the Screen and Print box.
- Type in Customer Phone number for the Title.
- Click OK twice.
Once done, try to create an invoice again and make sure you're using the correct template. From there, you'll be able to type the customer's phone number on the invoices before printing them.
