The Microsoft 365 (64 bit) is compatible with QuickBooks Desktop (32 or 64 bit). Note that the Microsoft 365 is locally installed and not the web version.
There are different reasons why these errors occur. It could be:
- Corrupted downloads
- Incomplete QB installation
- Corrupted Windows registry
- Virus or malware
- Or other malicious program running in the system
To get through with this, we'll do a few troubleshooting steps. Here are the processes that we'll follow:
- Configure your firewall and security settings for QuickBooks.
- Update QuickBooks release.
- Update your Payroll Tax Table.
If the same error occurs, we can follow the troubleshooting steps for Error 15270. This is a different error code but the troubleshooting steps can get rid of the Error 15227. There are multiple suggested Solutions in the article. You can try one solution at a time until you get rid of the error.
