What? Why would doing that be necessary? Intuit has repeatedly promised to have a solution before one is needed. Since we have been assured that the team has been working diligently on this since January, I'm sure they're almost done, right? You have about 10 days.

Do you think yours is a "comprehensive solution", one that "seamlessly integrates the Minnesota UI Additional Assessment requirement into QuickBooks"? If so, I don't think anyone else does.
