Agreed!! I am having a terrible time with Quickbooks customer support. They don't seem to have an answer for any of my problems. We received an email stating there would be an add for the additional assessment by the end of the 1st quarter. It is the end of the 1st quarter and still have not seen a fix for quickbooks desktop.
