I can certainly understand how an option to add an additional 5% for Minnesota UI could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
You can also submit your own feedback while signed in.
Here's how:
- In the top menu bar, go to Help, then Send Feedback Online.
- Choose Product Suggestion.
- Enter your feedback suggestion.
- Select Send Feedback.
