"FEEDBACK" never works- I feel like that is their way of saying - go ahead and complain all you want- we don't really care, but put it in feedback and well see if we want to listen or not to fix something. No! we want to change the look of something like the invoices view versus functionality GRR I don't know about everyone else- but I spend a solid hour every month correctly the inane automatic tax to the correct state tax codes to run my liability report correctly. Because you know- random state audits actually want to see where the data is coming from! I also have ever customer set up to the correct taxed address and I use a third party to create my invoices and then push over to QBO. ALL of that is correct and then QBO does its wonky AI nonsense and overwrites all my invoices to their automatic tax feature. It is beyond annoying and for as many years as this feature has been broken on QBO and as many times as they say give "feedback" with as many users complaining and it not getting fixed or the ability to shut it down. Clearly proves two things- 1- they do not care and 2- feedback does not matter
