I'm jumping on here too I'm having the same issue. Support is zero help. I've even had a zoom meeting with a junior tax leader (which I thought was promising), but that was over a montha ago and we've had zero movement. My client is really upset and we need to look for another software that can handle this. He was currently using Nesutie (which could handle this no problem) but at a $20K per year price tag, he can't afford that. Does anyone know a software that can handle this issue?
