Have you tried downloading QuickBooks Tools Hub? This tool helps you fix common errors like the particular error you got when generating the Excel workbook. Let's follow these steps if you haven't tried them yet.
- Close QuickBooks and download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- Save the file on your desktop. This opens as QuickBooksToolHub.exe
- Complete the installation process. Then, agree to the terms and conditions.
Once done, run a quick repair on your program.
- In theQuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
- Select Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
