I double checked, it is set up correctly. I might add; the amount withheld is incorrect as well. I've verified the payroll summary by tax tracking report is also incorrect. Line 3 of the 940 has an amount that is none of the amounts on the tax tracking type (subject income column). Line 4 of the 940 has a number that does not match to what was payroll deducted. It appears none of the numbers are correctly pulling from the payroll module.
