It's hard to tell the reason why your form wasn't sent as early as before without looking at your account. I would recommend checking this with our QB Desktop Payroll support. They have the tools to check what happened to your subscription, and in this way, they can put a note on your account regarding this matter.
- Click on Help.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Choose Contact us.
- In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
- Choose how you want to contact the team.
