Knowing the status of the filed federal forms is important to you and your business, PeteH. That's why, I want to make sure you'll receive updates about it.
After checking here, there isn't an open case or an issue reported to our Payroll Team about the status. However, once it shows "Submitted to Intuit", we're preparing the forms and submit them by batch to the IRS. Forms and payments should be accepted before the due date.

If you want to confirm the status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Team. They'll pull up your account and provide an update for you.
