I acknowledge that Movemybooks is an online service designed to help you transfer existing data to your new cloud accounting software conveniently. However, some data may look different or cannot be converted.

 

The transactions with unit amounts exceeding two decimal places are recorded as the line item total. In this case, I recommend contacting the Movemybooks support team to review the setup. Read about limitations when converting to QuickBooks for more info.

 

However, if you've verified those data are moved accurately, you can change the Currency format to display the decimal point according to your preference. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Navigate to the Other preferences section and tap the pencil icon.
  4. Choose your desired Currency format, then Save.
  5. Hit Done.
