Customizing your email message is a great way to add your own personal touch when emailing your customers. I'd be happy to go over the email message section of QuickBooks Online.
Setting up the email message and what address you send your email from can be changed whenever you wish. However, you can only have one set up at a time and unlike templates can't have multiple ones to do the same thing. If you want to send emails from a different email address with a different message I recommend saving the information as a PDF and sending it directly from your email provider.
If you wish to have the ability to save multiple email templates I recommend sending feedback to our development team by following these steps:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
