The funny thing is that Intuit wants people to move from Desktop to Online, but doesn't offer the same features. You would think if they were able to create a work order for Desktop, the Online version would be similar and therefore faster. I am not a programmer so maybe I have it all wrong. Intuit certainly has never really been Contractor-friendly.
I have been checking out MethodCRM. They has a two way sync with QBO and have a work order that can be dispatched to technicians. The work order remains in MethodCRM while the Estimate and Invoice are moved to QBO. This CRM also takes care of another missing feature of providing a report for Sales Leads won/loss A lead is not synced with QB until there is a financial reason to do so...once an estimate is approved.
