Hello Javierbaca,
Thanks for joining us on this thread and your interest in the importing custom form styles in QuickBooks Online. I know how this can add an extra level of personal touch to a business's forms, which can be important for the brand image. I'm here to help with this.
Importing custom form styles created in Word has been a long-time beta feature that our team has been working on. While in beta, there was a toggle to turn it on in QuickBooks Labs, accessed through the Gear icon. I see what you mean about that toggle no longer being there. The good news is, you don't necessarily need that toggle to access this option. For many users, it's been available in the Custom form styles section without having to take an extra step to turn it on, so I encourage you to check to see if that's the case for you and the accounts you're working on as well. Here's how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Custom form styles.
- Click the New style drop-down button.
- Choose Import style.
This should take you through the exact same process of importing the custom style. Don't forget, if you have questions about working with this process, you can refer back to our article Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
If you have any feedback you'd like to share about this feature, we welcome you to send it our way using the steps here: How do I submit feedback? This is what helps our product development team learn ways they can enhance what the program and its features have to offer. We also have a page where you can keep up with new features. It's updates quarterly, so feel free to bookmark it here: QuickBooks Online Feature and Product Updates
I hope this has helped, but don't hesitate if you have further questions!
