I appreciate you connecting with us here. I can see the importance of being able to search for all your invoices using the Advanced Search as you've indicated in the screenshot above. I'll be glad to share more information on this so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.
The Advanced Search function allows you to search for transactions that go two years back only. I'd recommend searching for older invoices right from the customer's page by clicking Sales on the left navigation menu > and click on Customers. From here you can select the customer in question and search for the invoice. I can see the benefit of doing all this using the Advanced Search function and I recommend sending feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.
