Welcome to the Community! I can see how having the project name displayed on the invoice would be useful to both yourself and your customers. If this is something you'd like to see included in the program, I recommend submitting Feedback to our product development team. They take the feedback received from customers like you into consideration when preparing future updates, and the more customers they have asking for a particular feature, the more likely they'll prioritize it. Here's how you can submit feedback from within your QuickBooks Online company:
- Navigate to the Gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
