The more people that submit feedback about a feature they'd like to see in the program, the better our product development team can see how important a feature it is to QuickBooks Online users. We're constantly adding features to QuickBooks Online to evolve the program and enhance what you can do as a user. I know this thread for work orders has been going on a long time, but submitting feedback is still the best course of action to have this addressed.
