QuickBooks data depends on the information transferred from external platforms. If you've contacted Huboc and confirmed that the issue isn't on their end, the difference in the bill amount may be due to how taxes are calculated based on your QBO tax settings.
To verify, review the rate configuration in your tax settings and ensure the HST rate is set up correctly.
When posting entries from the Bank Transactions page, can you specify the specific errors you receive? Providing this information will help us provide the appropriate resolution.
Duplicate entries occur when you manually create transactions that were already imported from an external platform or connected bank account.
To prevent this from happening, make sure to match any existing transactions. If QBO detects an existing transaction that matches one from your bank feed, it will show the Match option. Always click on it to combine these records instead of manually creating new entries.
