First, you will need to have QuickBooks Payments to create and use payment links. If you don't already have it, you can apply for one. Once you have QuickBooks Payments, you can create buy buttons to add your payment links to your website. When your customers click this, they can go to a checkout page where they can pay the amount you’ve set.

 

To create the button, follow these steps to first create a payment link:

 

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Get paid & pay (or Sales).
  2. Select Payment Links and click New payment link.
  3. Select the Multi-use payment link, then Next.
  4. Enter the details and tick Create link.
  5. Once done customizing, click the Buy button tab.
  6. Click Copy, go to your website, and paste the code where you want the button to show, which allows embeddable code. Please note that this step can be different depending on how your website is set up.
