We understand how important it is to have payment terms clearly displayed on your customer statements, and your feedback helps guide our ongoing product improvements, Mouselette.

 

Our team is continuously working to enhance the product. Feature requests are prioritized based on user demand, so requests with greater demand may take precedence. It is why certain features, including yours, have not yet been included in a recent update.

 

In the meantime, I recommend continuing to use your current workaround by editing your templates in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):

 

  1. Go to the List menu and select Templates.
  2. Double-click the template you want to edit, or click the Template dropdown to create a new one.
  3. Customize the template to match your preferences.

 

Additionally, I encourage you to submit a feature request to our developer team. It will help highlight the need for this functionality, which would provide business owners like you with more options to include payment terms on customer statements, improving communication and streamlining payment processes.
