The automated expiration date feature for Estimates is currently unavailable in QBO. You can manually input expiration dates using a custom field, the description, or terms section during estimate creation. For automation, explore third-party apps that integrate with QBO or investigate customization options. Also, consider submitting feedback to our software engineers for potential inclusion in future updates.
 
Here's how:
 
  1. You can go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
  3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.
