Hi there, mdrode. I'd gladly show you where the gear icon is in QuickBooks Online.

You can find the gear icon at the top right corner of the screen. You may refer to the screenshot below.

From there, you can access your account settings, lists, tools, and profile. You can also send feedback through the gear icon by following the steps provided by my colleague above.
