How to make an amendment in schedule 100 and 125 of prior year's T2 return which was not prepared and filed through Profile

I have ben asked by one of my clients to refile Schedule 100 and schedule 125 of previous year's T2 return which was filed by her another accoutnant not through Profile? Can anybody help me out as how to sumbit this amended T2 return of last year? Thanks.
