You can instead manually match the downloaded transactions into the once that are already in QuickBooks. Here’s how:

1. In the Banking page, go to For Review tab. 
2. Locate and click the transaction involved. 
3. Click Find other record. 
4. This opens the Match transaction window where you can select the right transaction.
