If you have an accountant connected to your QuickBooks company, then they are able to unreconcile your bank statement. However if you don't have an accountant, you cannot unreconcile.
However, you will be able to fix up any discrepancies in your reconciliation if you are able to identify the cause of them. Here are some handy resources on how to do so:
