QuickBooks Time
Let's make sure you'll be able to log in to your account without the verification code, Kraegenbrink.
There aren't any issues when logging in with the code. The two-step verification is protection against fraud. This is a security setting where you confirm that you're the one signing in to your account using a password and a unique code. As mentioned by one of our representatives above, you can turn it off so it wouldn't ask you when logging in. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- From the left menu, select Sign In & Security.
- In the “Two-step verification” section, select Turn off.
- Enter the code, then select Continue.
However, if it's still asking for a code, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can look into this and investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account securely.
For your reference, you may want to change the total hours' format when running the payroll report. I've added this screenshot for your guide: Run And Use The Payroll Report In QuickBooks Time.
Reach out to us if there's anything that I can help with your verification code. We're here to make sure that you get covered.
