Hello @ejgunner, thank you for reaching out to us here at The Community, my name is Sherissa and I am more than happy to assist you today.
You do have the option to create Auto Breaks within TSheets and assign them to specific or all Team Members, here is a link with a step-by-step guide & video on how to set that up;
Once you have that setup (for Auto Breaks) then you can go in and edit the timesheets for the users that needed the break entered in;
- Login to your TSheets Account
- Locate Time Entries on the left side menu
- Go to the Timesheets Tab
- Edit the timesheet(s)
- At the bottom of the timesheet(s), there will be a box to check for the timesheet to add the Auto Break on 'save'
- Save
