I wish I could make it better and I hear you. I would like to thank you for sharing your experience and how you wanted to resolve this by trying some of the troubleshooting steps.

 

Since the issue is still unresolved, may I ask first what if the product you're trying to connect with QuickBooks Time? This way, I can help you figure out what is this issue all about and lead the way to the integration process.
