QuickBooks Time
Good morning, @Ophus! Thank you so much for trying those troubleshooting steps that my colleague recommended, even though you've already tried them previously. I believe I can help get this issue taken care of for you.
I checked into @JHfrustrated comment about changing the UserID and reached out to a phone agent who tried this with a customer. Typically the User ID is your email and changing it to a username like "JohnDoe123" seems to stop the verification process from happening consistently. Let me walk you through how.
- Log in to accounts.intuit.com with your login (the same one you use for QuickBooks Time).
- On the left panel go to Sign in & Security.
- Click on your User ID, enter in a new username and enter in your password.
- Select Save.
Please reply to this post and let us know if this helps your login process. Our team is diligently working on improving the Multi-Fator Authorization experience for our QuickBooks customers. :)
