For iOS users
- Go to Menu (☰) and tap Help & Feedback.
- Tap Refresh Data.
- Click Refresh to confirm.
For Android users
- Go to Menu (☰), then select More Options (⋮).
- Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
If the app still won't load, you may need to clear the app's data directly from your device settings. After completing these steps, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and then restart your device.

- Open your device Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and select the Workforce app.
- Tap Storage, then choose Clear Data.
- Power down your device and restart it.
