I see the importance of having the Print Later feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @LILLIDALLAS. Let me share some information about how the new invoice layout works.
As new invoices bring great and advanced features, other features from the old layout aren't carried out such as the ability to print later invoices. As a workaround, you can switch back by clicking the Old Layout button. Keep in mind that this option isn't available in QBO Simple Start and is irreversible. I can see how convenient it is for users like you to still have this ability and would want to have this added as well in the new layout. With this, I'd recommend sending this feature request to our Product Engineers so they can consider adding this in future updates. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback then click Next to submit.
