QuickBooks Time

I followed the instructions, however, it appears to me that my link is in some weird state. I got the following error when attempting to subscribe:

Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81594)

 

I have verified the address of both subscriptions to be exactly the same.
