I have a a Quickbooks Card Reader and a Macbook Air. I am able to connect the card reader to my Ipad & Iphone with bluetooth. I want to also connect the reader to my Macbook Air to pay invoices in Quickbooks Online. Do I connect by bluetooth or with the provided USB cablle? My Quickbooks Online is set up to receive payments. Thank you.
