Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account, then select the Question mark (?) button.
  2. Click the Search bar and enter Contact us in the search box.
  3. Select the Contact Us button on the bottom page.
  4. Then, choose either Get a callback or Chat to talk with a live representative.


Regarding your other concern about adding a bank account, if you want to link your account to your QBO, you can follow these steps.

 

  1. Go to Bank transactions, select Link account.
  2. Type in the name or enter the URL of your bank.
  3. Enter the login credentials of your bank account.
  4. Follow the on-screen process to link your account.
