Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account, then select the Question mark (?) button.
- Click the Search bar and enter Contact us in the search box.
- Select the Contact Us button on the bottom page.
- Then, choose either Get a callback or Chat to talk with a live representative.
Regarding your other concern about adding a bank account, if you want to link your account to your QBO, you can follow these steps.
- Go to Bank transactions, select Link account.
- Type in the name or enter the URL of your bank.
- Enter the login credentials of your bank account.
- Follow the on-screen process to link your account.
