Same here, I get a phone call with provided number (800)597-1327 represented as Annual Support Services which we never paid before ( I stay with QB for 10 years), they had incomprehensible accent and asking for card info to charge us $3K + , when I asked which last 4 of the CC they have it was number which never we had , so I tell them that I will call back and went to QB help with all same situation listed here in that chat. Please be careful and not provide any card info via email or phone.
