Yes, there's a way to uncheck all the transactions you've set to email later in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in just one click, @jroneill. I'll show you the way while providing screenshots for seamless navigation.
To begin, you'll want to access your company and go to the File menu. These are the steps:
- In the File menu, select Send forms.
- Uncheck the first box on the list to remove all the transactions from the email later queue.
- Once done, click the Close button.
