Yes, there's a way to uncheck all the transactions you've set to email later in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in just one click, @jroneill. I'll show you the way while providing screenshots for seamless navigation.

 

To begin, you'll want to access your company and go to the File menu. These are the steps:

 

  1. In the File menu, select Send forms.
  2. Uncheck the first box on the list to remove all the transactions from the email later queue.
  3. Once done, click the Close button.
