I sincerely appreciate your prompt response and willingness to help. However, as a QuickBooks staff member, I believe it’s crucial to ensure that responses are both accurate and directly address the question at hand. My specific inquiry was about how to send an invoice directly via text message through QuickBooks. Manually copying and texting a link from our office phone doesn’t present the same level of professionalism. Could you clarify why this feature was removed?
Additionally, my question regarding apps was intended for other CPAs in the community who may have discovered a workaround. Given the fees we pay QuickBooks each month, this functionality should ideally be available.
