I would like to chip in on my dissatisfaction with QuickBooks Enterprise, desktop.  

 

I have been using QuickBooks since the early 1990's.  When it first came out, I loved the program.  Up until Intuit was sold and the head office was moved out of Edmonton, I loved the program and suggested it to EVERYONE.  Since Intuit was sold, it has done nothing but go downhill.  I am constantly having to call in for tech support and the tech support team is basically useless for the issues I have - which are usually bugs in the program itself.  Sometimes, I even find the answer on my own while they are still doing their research.  Every week I am sending in about seven bug reports for seven different items, which remain unfixed.  Today, I had to call in THREE separate times for THREE different issues and not one of them has been fixed.  Two have been escalated.  To me - this is NOT a good look for a company.  I'm frustrated and tired of having to call in and send in bug reports and Intuit needs to do something drastic to fix the program.  I have also had to create a new company file twice now - since 2003.  This doesn't really help either - still having bug issues. The last time we created a new company file, QB took our measurements of inches (") and changed them ALL to feet (').  They couldn't fix this - and I never heard back with a solution.  This was April 1, 2022.  I am still attempting to go into all of my items and services (which number well over 8,000) and change all of them manually!!!!!
