WE NEED THE CUSTOMER TO BE CHARGED THE FEES (WHICHEVER APPLY) AT THE MOMENT OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENT, without having to add an additional line to the invoice, we can't add an electronic transaction fee on a monthly recurring invoice for example if the customer chooses to pay electronically randomly (meaning they do not always pay electronically), as they have the option to use the system or not
