- From your QuickBooks Bank Register, select the credit card processing fee transaction you wish to allocate to the vendor's account.
- Click Edit to open the transaction.
- In the Payee field, enter the vendor's name, then Save.
- Check the register to confirm it reflects the changes.
Once you've correctly linked the transaction to the vendor, it should show up under the vendor's account in the Expenses by Vendor report or when you view the vendor's profile.
