Thank you for the response. I appreciate the information you have provided however the question is still not answered. None of the links you provided give me an answer.

Limits may apply......what are these limits?!?! What is the total amount of allowed transactions and amount of payments?!?!
I truly don't understand all this back and forth. It is a straight forward question. We have not been able to make payments because we reached transaction limits. What are these transaction limits? 100 transactions a month? 200 transactions a month? What are the payment amount limitation? $100k a month? $200k a month?
Not sure how else I can ask this question to get the answer I'm looking for.
You also suggested I contact the Bill pay support team. Last time I was told they did not have access to that information which again makes no sense.
If you could provide me with that phone number I'd appreciate it. Whenever I request a call via the chat robot I get no return call.
Please forgive my frustration. I'm just looking for answers, answers no one seems to have.
