Payments

Hello,

Having the same issues!!!!!  My company is also on the Elite platform.

 

No one from Quickbooks can tell us what our 'daily' or 'monthly' limit is. Is the limit a dollar amount or can we only put thru so many ACH payments?  Spent several hours and finally spoke with a human who said she is  not given that information, can't see limits.  I asked who can see the limits her reply was no one.  We were told to try again tomorrow or cut a check!!! 

   

We've been shut down from making any payments for days, receiving the notice 'you've reached your monthly limit, try again tomorrow' messages.  All we want to know is what is that limit?  We need to make informed decisions on which vendors get paid when if QB is dictating our spend limit.  But without this knowledge we cannot make these decisions.

 

I pay crew labor, these folks are expecting direct deposit not a hard check.  With the mail the way it is today who knows when or if they will receive a check.  This is why we moved to ACH payments.  And I must point out that we cannot use the QB Pay system to cut the check, we have to physically cut the check ourselves.  The system is shutting us down for those as well.  Luckily we still have checks, many companies do not.

This is all very frustrating.

I too have been looking for alternatives to QB Bill Pay.
